What we collect
Your email, the profile you submit (name, position, school, stats, film link, phone), your send history and plan. Stripe handles card details, and we never see your full card number.
How we use it
To run your account, send your profile to the coaches you pick, and show you delivery results. We also email you about your account, and may send tips and offers about Bullpen, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who sees it
The coaches you send to see your profile, email and phone. We use Supabase for storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email and Stripe for payments. We don't sell your data.
Email tracking
Emails to coaches can include a tracking pixel and tracked links, so we can show players whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.
Your choices
Email recruits@bullpenrecruiting.com to see, correct or delete your data. Coaches can stop receiving profiles with the unsubscribe link in any email. Bullpen isn't for children under 13.
