What Bullpen does
Bullpen Recruiting emails the profile you submit to the college baseball coaching staffs you pick. We don't guarantee that a coach will open it, reply, or offer you anything.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to your use of Bullpen. Check that your outreach to coaches fits NCAA and your school's recruiting rules. That's your responsibility.
Your profile
Everything you submit must be true and yours to share, including your stats and film. By sending, you authorize us to share your profile, email and phone with the coaches you pick. We can remove content or close accounts that are false, abusive or misuse the service.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes one send to up to 5 schools. Bullpen Monthly is $24.99 per month, billed automatically through Stripe until you cancel, and includes 50 new schools each billing period plus resends to schools you've already contacted. You can send to the same school once every 3 days. Unused schools don't roll over. Prices can change, and we'll tell you before they do.
Canceling and refunds
Cancel anytime from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refundable once a period has started, unless the law requires it. If something went wrong, email recruits@bullpenrecruiting.com and we'll look at it.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
